I am sending each candidate for sheriff the following questionnaire to determine who the best candidate for said office would be, as well as share each candidate’s responses with my audience within and without the community, so the voters can be fully informed and confident their next sheriff has every honorable intention to obey the oath of office they might take in the near future. Questions on the Supremacy of the Constitution

How do you view the Constitution’s limitations on federal power in the context of being a peace officer, especially concerning the Tenth Amendment?
